ein schneller Salat .... (auch wenn es nicht danach klingt... dauert es ca. 15 Min)
Vogerlsalat mit Birnen, Artischocken und Preiselbeer Orangen Tahin Dressing
..mit dem herrlichen Olivenöl, Balsamico und eingelegten Artischockenherzen von Fattoria La Vialla
In einem großen Teller den Salat verteilen, 2 große Birnen in etwas Dinkelmilch dünsten - gegen Ende etwas Mandelmus darübergeben (ca 1-2 EL) und beiseite stellen.
Artischocken halbieren - in etwas Olivenöl und Rosenzucker anbraten, Zitronenfilets (1 Zitrone) herausschneiden und zu den Artischocken geben. Ein Bund Petersilie waschen, trockentupfen und in etwas Olivenöl knusprig braten.
Artischocken und Brinen über den Salat verteilen - wer mag ein paar dunkel Oliven darüber.
Aus Orangensaft, Preiselbeermarmelade, Olivenöl, Orangenöl, ganz wenig Essig und 1 TL Tahin ein Dressing machen und über den Salat verteilen.
Petersilie darüber geben und zum Schluss Schafkäse (nicht zu salzig) darüberbröseln.
