KürbisIngwerKnödel ohne Ei.. ein schnelles Mittag- oder abendessen
für die Knödel.. etwas Zwiebel mit Kürbis (Butternuss) und Ingwer anrösten.. zu den Dinkelsemmelwürfel geben und mit Reismilch, Olivenöl und Kräutern vermischen.
Zu Knödeln formen und über Wasserdamf fertig garen.
Dazu gabs bei uns - ein Paprika Avocade Apfelgemüse....
