Zutaten glutenfreie, vegane Trüffelpralinen ca. 30 Stück
schmecken fantastisch und es ist sogar ein wenig Gemüse dabei
1 reife, weiche Avocado
Ca. 120 g biologische Bitterschokolade (sie sollte pur auch gut schmecken )
3-4 gestrichene EL Staubzucker/Reissirup oder auch Birkenzucker
1-2 gestrichene EL Kakaopulver
1 TL Vanillezucker oder eine Msp. Vanillepulver
Für die Deko
2 EL gemahlene, geröstet Mandeln
2 EL Kokosraspel
1 EL Kakaopulver
Zubereitung
Die Avocado in der Hälfte einschneiden, Kern entfernen, aushöhlen und pürieren. Die Bitterschokolade über einem Wasserbad zum Schmelzen bringen und mit dem Avocado Püree vermischen. Staubzucker, Kakaopulver und Vanillezucker hinzufügen und alles gut vermischen.
Die Masse im Kühlschrank (ca. 4°) ca. 20 Minuten erkalten lassen. Mit den Händen kleine Kugeln formen und in Mandeln, Kokosraspel oder Kakaopulver wälzen und genießen!
Avocado wirkt nach der TCM (Traditionell Chinesischen Medizin) Schleimhaut schützend.
