eine Prise Rosenzucker
Msp Rosa Pfeffer
Zubereitung (Workout) für Pfuffer
Alle Zutaten - bis auf das Öl – mischen – richtig durchknete. So richtig bedeutet, so richtig lange 🙂
Wenn die Konsistenz klebrig/verbindnend wird (und das kann auch einige Minuten dauern), dann ist der Teig perfekt. Etwas rasten lassen (den Teig und sich selbst :)) und dann mit der Hand zu Laibchen formen. In einer beschichtete Pfanne das Öl erhitzen und die Puffer goldgelb backen.
Zubereitung (Erholungsphase) für Humus
Apfel andünsten (am besten mit dem Alles Liebe Gewürz. Probiert es! Erkären hilft nicht ;))
Die Karotte in ganz dünne Scheiben schneiden und mit dem Rosenzucker anrösten, dann Salz dazu und durchgaren.
Anschließend mit allen anderen Zutaten gut pürieren - eventuell (je nach Konsistenz) noch etwas Sojajogurt oder Zitronensaft dazugeben
