2 Msp Vanillepulver
2 EL Lavendelblüten getrocknet
oder ca. eine handvoll frischer Lavendelblütenzweige (verschiedene Sorten geben auch einen verschiedenen Geschmack ab!

Zubereitung
Wasser mit Zucker zum kochen bringen und ca. 10 Minuten köcheln lassen, dabei immer wieder umrühren.
In den letzten Minuten Zitronenschale, -saft und Vanillepulver zufügen und weiter köcheln lassen.
Anschließend die Lavendelblüten dazugeben und ca. 1 Stunde ziehen lassen. Je nach gewünschter Intensität kann man sie auch länger ziehen lassen, aber Vorsicht wenn es zu lange wird könnte es zu herb/dominant werden.
