Zutaten
250g Dinkelvollkornmehl
125g Alsanbutter oder Butter
1 Ei (oder weglassen, dann ist er einfach nur etwas bröseliger wenn er fertig ist)
1 TL Salz, etwas Curcuma, etwas Rosmarin, etwas Kardamom
Etwas Galgant und Kräuter nach Belieben
Zubereitung
Alle Zutaten zu einem festen Teig kneten und in eine gefettete Quicheform gleichmäßig eindrücken. Mit einer Gabel mehrmals den Teig anstechen und im vorgeheizten Backrohr bei ca. 190° 10 Minuten vorbacken. Anschließend nach Belieben füllen und weitere 20 Minuten backen.
