Zutaten
Für die Streusel
100g Alsanbutter
60g Vollrohrzucker
150g Dinkelvollkornmehl
1 Prise Salz
Füllung
600 g Äpfel geschält und gewürfelt
1 Saft und Schale einer Orange
Etwas Reismilch
Etwas Vanillepulver
2-4 EL Agavendicksaft
1 TL Zimt
Zubereitung
Äpfel schälen und würfeln. Orangenschale über den Äpfeln abreiben, danach die Orange halbieren und auspressen, den Saft in einen kleinen Topf geben.
Reismilch, Zimt, Agavensirup und das Vanillepulver unterrühren – kurz aufkochen, die gewürfelte Äpfel dazu geben und kurz mitköcheln.
Die Zutaten für den Teig kräftig mit der Hand durchkneten und zu Streuseln vermengen.
Die Äpfel in eine gefettete Auflaufform geben und die Streusel darüber verteilen.
Im 180° C vorgeheizten Backofen ca. 25-30 Minuten goldbraun backen.
TIPP
Reste von diesem Crumble – sollte es tatsächlich welche geben 😉 – kann man perfekt mit Hafer-, Hirse- oder Reisbrei zu einem Frühstück verarbeiten!
Aus der Sicht der TCM:
Äpfel – die Allroundkünstler - kühlen Magen-Hitze wirken Unruhe entgegen, befeuchten die Lunge (gerade bei trockener Heizungsluft gut) und unterstützen bei Magen-Darm-Beschwerden und bei Durchfall.
Reis-milch wirkt thermisch neutral. Sie stützt das Qi / die Energie und harmonisiert den Magen.
Vanille wirkt thermisch warm. Sie wirkt mild anregend auf Milz und Bauchspeicheldrüse.
Zimt wirkt thermisch warm bis heiß auf die Mitte/Verdauung, zerstreut Kälte, dynamisiert das Blut und wirkt bewegend bei Qi- und Blut-Stagnation.
