Der Jahreswechsel war für viele Tiere – und auch für uns Menschen – mit viel Stress verbunden. Geräusche, Unruhe, Anspannung. Oft bleibt davon mehr im System zurück, als wir denken.
Ein sanfter Start ins neue Jahr kann bedeuten, genau hier anzusetzen:
eingeschlossene Emotionen zu lösen – jene, die gestern entstanden sind oder schon länger festgehalten wurden.
Mit jedem Lösen wird das System ruhiger und stabiler. Wir lassen los, was blockiert, was erinnert, was nicht mehr gut tut.
Eine gelöste Emotion verlässt das System – und genau das ist spürbar.
Bei Tieren zeigt sich das oft besonders deutlich: mehr Ruhe, mehr Entspannung – selbst in Momenten, in denen man eigentlich Stress erwarten würde.
Wenn du dir wünschst, das neue Jahr mit mehr Ruhe und innerer Stabilität zu beginnen – für dich oder dein Tier –
