Heute war das letzte Rezept dran, das ich gerade für einen Flyer kreiere. Die Vorgaben waren, Getreide"taschen" mit Einkornmehl, gefüllt mit Einkornreis. Und so ließ ich meiner Phantasie freien Lauf und kombinierte in Gedanken diverse Geschmäcker und überprüfte sie mit der Wirkung der Lebensmittel bis ich zum folgenden Ergebnis kam:
Dinkel/Einkorntascherln, gefüllt mit Einkornreis, rote Rüben, Karotte, Kichererbsen, Schafkäse und Sellerie und dazu ein Birnen/schwarzer Rettich Salat.
Es war sehr gut und ich hoffe das Rezepte kommt auch so gut an - wie es uns geschmeckt hat. 😉
