"Durch Andreas Begleitung habe ich mich gesundheitlich wieder auf die Beine gebracht, wurde fit und nahm nebenbei 2 Kleidergrößen ab 🙂
Es war so erstaunlich und beeindruckend, wie viel Einfluss das tägliche Essen auf unseren ganzen Organismus hat und was man alles positiv gestalten und beeinflussen kann. Vorher brauchte ich täglich Schmerzmittel. Nach 4 Wochen Begleitung brauchte ich keine Medikamente mehr und konnte langsam mit Sport beginnen.
Andreas Tipps passten immer zu meinem Alltag, waren praktisch und umsetzbar. Ganz vieles habe ich nachhaltig verändert. Und ich habe auch die Liebe zum freien, kreativen Kochen durch sie entdeckt.
