Sonntagsmenü... was wird es denn...?
Ich bin gerade dabei Ideen für einen Sonntagsbrunch auszuprobieren. Gleichzeitig arbeite ich wieder an persönlichen Skripten und einem Kochkurs und da kam es wie sooft vor, dass ich kurz vor 12 auf die Uhr schaute und mir die Frage aller Fragen stelle "Was koch ich heute? Was bloß??".
Eigentlich wollte ich Scheiterhaufen machen, aber meine Vorhaben mache ich prinzipiell um sie zu verwerfen. Ich öffnete also den Kühlschrank, und ließ den Inhalt auf mich wirken.
Da ich aber immer noch nicht wusste was es wird, die Zeit aber drängte, fing ich einfach an.. es wird schon etwas Essbares dabei rauskommen - da müssen wir jetzt durch ;).
Ohne Nachdenken gehts bei mir doch am Besten und somit wurde es heute eine Orangen Linsen Suppe (rote Linsen, 3 Orangen, 5 Karotten, 2 Erdäpfel, Ingwer...) und gebratenens Brokkoligemüse (Stangensellerie, Zwiebel, Knoblauch, Kräuter, Sesamöl, Sojasauce...) mit Einkornreis (Ja! Natürlich) und dazu gebratene Bananen.
Und den Scheiterhaufen knöpf ich mir jetzt mal vor.... 🙂
