Du möchtest etwas in deinem Leben ändern, weißt aber nicht wie und wo.
Dann fange einfach irgendwo an. Mit deiner ersten Idee, deinem ersten (kleinen) Schritt.
zB beim Thema Ernährung
Du möchtest zB ein warmes Frühstück einbauen, oder mehr Gemüse, möchtest dir mehr Zeit nehmen oder abnehmen und etwas reduzieren.
Dann mach es einfach Step by Step. Bau 1–2-mal in der Woche ein warmes Frühstück ein, mach dir 2 mal die Woche mehr Gemüsegerichte, nimm dir täglich 5 Minuten mehr Zeit für eine Mahlzeit oder streiche 2x die Woche das, worauf du verzichten möchtest.
Dabei geht es um 2 Punkte, einerseits kommst du deinem Ziel näher, weil du Schritte drauf zu gehst und andererseits merkst du, dass die Veränderung vielleicht sogar leichter ist als gedacht. Und du wirst gerne dranbleiben oder sogar zwischendurch größere Schritte einbauen.
Gerade bei nachhaltigen Veränderungen geht es darum sie Schritt für Schritt normal in den Alltag einzubauen. Dabei ist es ganz egal ob es sich um Verhaltensmuster handelt oder Essgewohnheiten. Wenn du es langsam einbaust und oft wiederholst, fühlt es sich einfach mit der Zeit normal an und nicht mehr so groß, so unschaffbar. Und wenn du zwischendurch Pausen einlegst, weil es sich grad nicht anders ausgeht, dann ist auch das völlig ok und du machst einfach danach wieder mit deinen Schritten weiter!
Tu es einfach und geh deine Schritte, Vorwürfe usw bringen dir nichts, außer schlechte Energie und einen großen Schritt zurück in alte Muster.
Auf deinem Weg kannst du dir zusätzlich noch gut zuhören. Was sagst du zu dir, wenn du etws nicht schaffst? Sagst du sowas wie „jetzt war ich eh lang dran, jetzt gönn ich mir das halt einmal wieder“ oder sagst du sowas wie „war eh klar, dass ich das nicht schaffe“ etc.
Beobachte das! Darin stecken sehr viel Lösungsansätze, an denen du arbeiten kannst!
